Essential browser storage is used for interface preferences and to remember your privacy choice. Analytics remain disabled unless you explicitly choose Accept.
If you choose Accept, first-party analytics may process and store: a random visitor identifier; IP address; approximate country, region and city derived by Cloudflare; ISP/ASN information; visited page and timestamp; referrer; browser name/version and user agent; operating system/platform; screen and viewport sizes; device pixel ratio and color depth; browser-exposed hardware capability values such as logical processor count and device-memory estimate when available; touch capability; language; timezone; theme preference; and browser-exposed network quality data where supported. The information is used to understand traffic, diagnose site usage and distinguish repeat visits. It is not intended as definitive proof of a person's identity. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using Privacy settings.
Controller and purpose. This is a personal website operated by BcoJacob. Analytics data is processed solely for site administration, security review, troubleshooting, understanding usage patterns and maintaining personal visitor notes inside the private admin area.
Consent. Optional analytics is disabled by default. Selecting Accept enables analytics for future page views on this domain. Selecting Decline keeps optional analytics disabled. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You may change it later through Privacy settings.
Data categories. Depending on browser support, analytics may include network and IP information supplied by Cloudflare, approximate geographic information, timestamps, page paths, referrers, random visitor identifiers, browser and operating-system characteristics, display and viewport properties, language/timezone preferences and limited device/network capability information exposed by the browser.
Limitations. These characteristics can be inaccurate or shared between multiple people. VPNs, proxies, mobile carrier networks, NAT, privacy protections, browser updates and changing IPv6 prefixes can affect identification. Analytics values are therefore treated as technical indicators rather than verified identity.
Access and retention. Raw analytics is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database and accessed through a restricted admin interface. Retention may be adjusted or records deleted as needed for administration of the site.
Withdrawal. You can disable analytics at any time using Privacy settings. Disabling future tracking does not automatically erase records already collected; deletion requests can be handled manually by the site operator.
